When appropriate, we agree a suitable time and setting with the recipient. For a surprise, we follow the protocol agreed only with you.

Personal hand-to-hand delivery
A named local envoy keeps personal responsibility through the chain of custody, completes the handover and sends confirmation, with identity checks or proof of receipt where agreed.
