Legal
Terms
These terms describe the basis on which The Envoy reviews and carries out requests.
Requests are an enquiry, not a booking. A delivery is arranged only once a concierge has confirmed it in writing.
We may decline a request. We decline anything we cannot carry out lawfully, safely and to our standard, including restricted categories and routes.
Prohibited items: illegal goods, dangerous goods, controlled substances, weapons, live animals, and anything that cannot lawfully be carried on the requested route.
Accuracy: you are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses, contact details and item description you provide.
Cross-border deliveries are subject to the customs and regulatory requirements of the countries involved.
Cover and permissions: we make no representation about insurance cover, customs clearance or regulatory permissions unless we have agreed them with you in writing for a specific delivery.
Cancellation: tell us as early as possible. Arrangements already committed on your behalf may not be reversible.
