What we collect: the details you submit in our forms — your name and contact details, the recipient's name and contact details, the cities, timing and description of the delivery, and anything you choose to add as instructions.

Why we use it: solely to review your request, coordinate the handover, and reply to you. We do not sell information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it: the concierge handling your request and the assigned envoy, limited to what each needs to complete the delivery.

Recipient details: we contact the recipient only to arrange the handover, unless you have asked for a surprise delivery, in which case we do not contact them at all in advance.

Retention: we keep request records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations, then remove them.

Your choices: you may ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact form and a concierge will handle it.
